From homeowners requesting a quote: your name, email address, phone number, property address, and the home-improvement projects you're interested in. From our sales representatives using Primitive Pay: name, email address, and (if you opt in to SMS) your mobile phone number, along with the commission and deal data tied to your account.

How We Use It

We use your information to respond to quote requests and match you with vetted local pros, to operate the Primitive Pay application (calculate and display commissions, authenticate logins), and to send account, service, and commission notifications by email and, where you have opted in, by SMS text message.

SMS / Text Messaging

If you opt in, we send transactional account and commission notifications (such as deal confirmations and payday alerts) to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOPto opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is collected within the Primitive Pay application at pay.primitivepower.com and is never a condition of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services to us (for example, our message-delivery provider) is limited to what is necessary to deliver the messages you requested. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing
